昨日は東京スカイツリーがピンク色にライトアップされるのを見ました。
今月のAGPは、ピンクリボン「乳がん撲滅運動」と絡めたお題です。

「チャレンジお待ちしております」と書きながら、実は今月の作品の提出を
月の半ばまで遅らせて頂いています。
先月もAGPをお休みさせて頂き、ブログも久しぶりの更新になってしまいました。

夏の終わりに体調を崩してから、長期に渡りご心配おかけして申し訳ありません。
少しづつ元のペースを掴んでゆけたらと思います。

健康って一番大切だなと、実感した二ヶ月でした。

The 9 rules of losing weight
1. Drink water throughout the day.
The majority of us tend to underestimate the importance of drinking water throughout the day. We should always be getting in enough water, it will help detoxify our body and keep us feeling full and energized.
2. Eat smaller meals more often.
One of the best ways of losing weight is by eating smaller, more frequent meals. The average American eats approximately 3 meals a day which is too often. Instead we should aim to have 2 or 3 meals a day to ensure that we keep losing fat.
3. Always have a healthy snack with you.
There are certain foods we can have on the go which will keep us feeling fuller for longer than foods like chips. When we tend to eat them, our hunger levels are constantly increasing.
5. Cut down on sugar.
Our society doesn’t make sugar as healthy as it should be, when you eat too much sugar your body becomes a sponge. All the blood is being dragged to where your sugar is stored, which leads to fat getting stored and you also develop a sweet tooth.
6. Cut down on alcohol.
The majority of the fat we add to our bodies comes from alcohol. When we drink too much alcohol we become dehydrated, leading to a higher chance of developing a problem drinking and a high blood pressure.
7. Exercise regularly.
If we don’t work out we can get so full of food and alcohol that it’s almost impossible to lose weight. It’s a sure way of getting fatter if we don’t do any exercise. Exercise is key if we are going to lose weight.
8. Change your diet.
Our diets are responsible for a significant amount of our weight problems. The type of food we eat will cause our bodies to crave the wrong type of food. If we change our diet we can eat the foods we like without gaining weight.
9. Control portion size.
It can be hard to tell exactly how much of a meal you need to eat, but you should never be eating way beyond what you are hungry for. Most of the food we are eating is empty calories and it doesn’t keep us feeling full, so if we keep thinking we need to eat more to keep up with the other meals, we end up eating more than we should.
10. Keep track of your health.
If you’ve always struggled to lose weight, then you should definitely track your every day actions. The more we keep a record of our every movement and eating, the more we can figure out what we are doing wrong. What are the 9 rules of losing weight?
